DELIVERY Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of despatch. For out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £4.95 per order for goods up to 15kg and up to 1.5m length. Goods for next day delivery should be ordered by 2.00pm. For overseas orders heavy and bulky items, pyrotechnics and other hazardous goods an additional charge will apply. All orders paid for by credit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder. RETURNS POLICY Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packing where applicable to:
Returns Department Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original despatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We’ll exchange the item or refund the cost of the goods whichever you prefer. We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc and also any goods which have been made to order. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS All purchases made via this Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. You must accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions before making any purchase from this Website. We accept payment using the following major cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. Our card payment service is provided by PayPoint.net (Payment Service Provider) and Bosun's does not at any material time have access to customer card details. PayPoint.net is audited annually under the Payment Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. All transactions will be processed in British Pounds Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate operated by our clearing merchant bank. PRICES Many factors such as the size of your order, currency and raw material price variations, manufacturer price changes and competitor prices affect the price of product that we sell. Prices listed on our web site are not binding, however should the prices differ we will advise you immediately. RESERVATION OF TITLE All goods remain the property of Bosuns Locker until such time as they have been paid for in full. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION Product details and descriptions are correct at the time of creation of the site. However, due to constant product development and more efficient sourcing of product, Bosuns Locker reserve the right to substitute or update products with amended or improved products at any time. SECURITY When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Bosuns Locker will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
